		<description>I&#039;d have to agree with the other commenter.  Bike facilities beget riders - hard to have one without the other.  Increased facilities increase the number of riders, which reduces the number of drivers, which creates calmer,quieter, and safer streets and neighborhoods.  But I think I&#039;m preaching to the choir :)</description>
